"First, let me say I was really excited about trying the CBD rub. My granddaughter uses it everyday and loves it, and says it really works for her neck. I bought it for my arthritic hand. I bought the original CBD first and it didn't seem to work on the deep tissue/bone on my wrist and thumb, so I am now trying the "CBD 3000. " This strength works better, but does take a longer time to work than expected. However, I am happy with the results. I use a small spatula-like utensil to apply then rub my thumbs and wrists together to work it into my skin, since both wrists are arthritic. I originally used my finger to apply, but it numbed my index finger as well. I noticed a difference in balm consistency. The original balm was extremely soft compared to the 3000, which was firmer. I like the firmer balm better."
