A while back I was contacted about whether I would be interested in trying cannabidiol infused products from CBD for Life. Though this company was unfamiliar to me, I have used a cannabidiol infused rub for pain management and liked what it did for inflammation. Therefore, I was even more curious how CBD for Life would preform for anti-aging skin care.
Their beauty line includes a Pure CBD Face & Body Cleanser, Face Cream, Eye Serum, Lip Balm, Body Massage Lotion, and a Foot Cream.
The Pure CBD Face & Body Cleanser ($16.99) is a water-rinsing formula meant for all skin types. The texture was a fairly thick cream that was gentle even with my dry skin with its anti-bacterial CBD properties and willow bark to whisk makeup and normal grime away without irritation while leaving my skin comfortable and wonderfully hydrated.
The Pure CBD Face Cream ($34.99) that I have been using day and night has a pleasant lemon-mint scent with a thick, whipped luxurious texture. The formula hydrates the complexion with its mix of vitamins A, D, and E, antioxidants, chamomile, essential oil compounds, avocado oil, and CBD natural Hemp extracts. The product disappears into the skin quickly and doesn’t make it look greasy. What I noticed after the first application was how banished light creases and partially filled up my laugh lines due to its tightening effect. It’s only been about two weeks now, but those deeper laugh lines are plumping up and coming along nicely.
Next, I always made it a habit to follow with their Pure CDB Eye Serum ($32.99). This gentle cream is in a pump and leaves the under eye area moist and smooth, but not overly slick or shiny. It also is a vitamin-rich formula with excellent lubricating ingredients like olive, grapeseed and avocado oils as well as aloe. The company claims the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD will reduce puffiness and under eye darkness, but I haven’t noticed a drastic change. It also has cucumber for that help with puffiness besides coffee and licorice extracts to combat under eye darkness. However, I do have my share of allergies that will give any product at this time a year a challenge to be truthful.
The Pure CBD Lip Balm ($8.99) is a pampering treatment that repairs, shines, and gets dry, hurting lips back to normal quickly. The 95% naturally derived formula includes CBD and mineral oils. There are no GMOs, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, or artificial colorings.
Hands and body are not forgotten. Their Pure CBD Hand and Body Massage Lotion ($22.99) is a relaxing experience from the moment it touches your skin. This vitamin-enriched formula also jojoba, safflower and apricot kernel oil for moisturizing in addition to CBD for its essential fatty acid lipid-producing effects and aid in dealing with a variety of skin concerns.
Finally, my feet were not neglected. I had Pure CBD Foot Cream ($19.99). This lemon-mint scented cream is stimulating with eucalyptus, peppermint oil, arnica, jojoba, and aloe vera for tired feet while its anti-inflammatory effect from CBD helps with swelling and controlling bacteria. Its does soften the feet remarkably well and get them more comfortable.
The company also has healing rubs, Pure CBD For Life Original Rub ($16.99) and a Lemongrass formula that can make a difference in minimizing aches and pains with the anti-inflammatory effects of its main ingredient of CBD.
They also have a 99% Pure CBD Extract Menthol Camphor Pain Relief Spray ($26.99) to help with aches, scrapes, burns, insect bites.
Finally, they have a Pure CBD Oral Spray ($24.99) that is even supposed to help with nausea. I cannot tell you how this one works because I do not review anything of a vitamin or medicinal nature.
